How does the daily reset work?
DailyDo automatically clears your task list at a time you choose (midnight by default). You can change your reset time in the app's settings. You can also trigger a manual reset any time.
Where is my data stored?
All your data is stored locally on your device. We never collect, transmit, or store your information on any external servers. Your data is included in your standard iOS device backups.
What does DailyDo Pro include?
DailyDo Pro is a one-time $3.99 purchase that unlocks five additional color themes, 7-day and 30-day statistics with charts, and streak tracking with milestone achievements.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open DailyDo, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your DailyDo Pro purchase, and follow Apple's refund process.
Can I change the reset time?
Yes. Go to Settings in the app and adjust the "Reset Time" picker to any hour and minute you prefer. Your tasks will reset at that time each day.
Will I lose my data if I delete the app?
Yes. Since all data is stored locally on your device, deleting the app will remove your tasks, statistics, and streak data. Make sure you have an iOS backup if you want to preserve your data.
How do streaks work?
A streak counts the number of consecutive days where you completed all of your tasks. If you miss a day or don't finish all tasks, your current streak resets. Your longest streak is always saved.
