Description of Service
DayDue is a daily task management application that helps you organize and track your daily to-dos. The app provides:
- Task creation and management
- Daily task reset functionality
- Progress tracking and statistics
- Optional premium features (themes, advanced statistics, streak tracking)
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
- You agree to use the app for lawful purposes only
- You will not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the app
In-App Purchases
DayDue Pro
- DayDue Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase
- Provides lifetime access to premium features
- All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
- Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law
- Apple's Terms of Service govern all transactions
Refunds
Refund requests must be made through Apple. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find your DayDue Pro purchase
- Follow Apple's refund request process
Data and Privacy
- All your data is stored locally on your device
- We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal information

Disclaimers
- DayDue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted
- We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from use of the app
Backup Responsibility
You are responsible for backing up your device. DayDue data is included in iOS device backups, but we are not responsible for any data loss.
Changes to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features
- Update the app with improvements or bug fixes
- Change these terms with notice
Premium Features
Premium features are only available after purchasing DayDue Pro. Features include:
- Custom color themes
- 7 and 30-day statistics
- Streak tracking and milestones
Termination
You may stop using DayDue at any time by deleting the app from your device.
Apple Requirements
- You acknowledge that these terms are between you and us, not Apple
- Apple is not responsible for the app or its content
- Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app
- You agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the app

All content, features, and functionality of DayDue are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
